Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment

Please note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened bags of Composts, Fertilisers, and Grass Seed (due to potential contamination)
  • Opened Perlite & Vermiculite products
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Personal care items (if applicable)

How to Return an Item – Simple 4-Step Process

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template to ensure we have all necessary information.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the outside, and mail to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items (such as broken Bamboo Canes or faulty Hosepipes), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
